Shipping Information:
- Please contact us for shipping & handling rates. (Ground rates for continental USA vary depending on size & ship-to locations. We've recently discovered Pirate Ship which offers discounted UPS rates & have been saving a little bit on the ones we have shipped that way.)
- Pick up available or we may be able to deliver a reasonable distance for fuel & time costs - IF our time schedule allows.
Payment Information:
- Personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks payable to John Stevens (or even cash for local customers)
-Paypal option - 3.7% will be added to cover their fees.
* Orders are manufactured in the order payment is received. A deposit is required to hold your place in line.
Fabrication Time Frame:
-Please understand that we both work FULL TIME jobs and RT Innovations has been our weekend HOBBY. We are very active in our church and also have normal home maintenance. EACH build can take an average of 4-5 weeks to complete and we do build in the order that payments are received. (So, if there are 10 lifts ahead of yours: 10x5 weeks=50 weeks.) However, we do make every effort to build & ship orders as quickly as possible.
UPDATE, since Glenn Martin is no longer manufacturing their Hazer, orders for our RT Razors have more than tripled! This increase has created longer lead times.
2026 UPDATE - We have gotten caught up on our back log and lead times are back to standard & total time will depend on how many orders are in hand when new orders come in.
